977 below average pickup 241,000 diesel black manual
This is a 1996 ford f-250 extended cab short bed with the 7. 3 powerstroke. The truck has a 5 speed manual and 4 wheel drive. This truck has many new parts on it that include: ts 6 position chip, 600 horsepower ceramic clutch, new injectors, rebuilt turbo, new driveshaft, new u-joints, new yoke, new glowplugs, new ipr valve, new smoked marker lights (not on it yet), new windshield, 2 new batteries, and a bed liner. The only bad is that the drivers side has quite a few dents, ball joints may possibly need to be replaced, and the water pump has a leak and will need to be replaced sometime soon. The truck is currently straight piped but i do also have the stock exhaust which will come with it. This truck runs great and is very fun to drive!!!
The only reason i'm getting rid of it is because it is too expensive too maintain. I just put new leafs in the front end and new u bolts. When i bought it i was told there is stage 1 injectors. I rebuilt the rear end with a new ring a pinion. There is also a new wiring harness. I have a ts 6 position chip for it that is not currently in the truck. The tires are a brand new. At least 90% tread life left.
The reason for sale is I need better gas mileage, it gets about 12 to 13 MPG. This Truck is in very good condition, I haven't had any problems with it. The only rust is a little by the wheel well. I have frequently changed fluids, and oil every 20k miles. It comes with the tool box and a key. It has been a great truck

It's causing the "O/D off" light to flash on and off and it's also causing the "check engine" light to go on (and therefore not pass I/M). It needs some work and one fix in particular I'm not willing to pay for, I'm sure someone handy out there could make the needed repairs. Here's the breakdown: *The biggest fix, as far as I'm aware, is the turbine shaft speed sensor (TSS)

The trucks exhaust dumps behind the cab right now but i have the stock exhaust too
